LaKaSa House on Hill Street is a beautiful home, on an amazing Ocean Front Property, perfectly placed to enjoy the crashing waves, and gorgeous sunrises! 4 Bedrooms and 4.5 Bathrooms, this house is able to sleep 12 people comfortably!
This roomy, but cozy 4,000 square foot home features 4 bedrooms / 4.5 baths and a separate room on the ground floor with a separate entrance. Perfect for privacy and solitude or for family vacations and get-togethers. This home features a wraparound deck, private walkway to the beach, grass lawn, a backyard play area, a huge master suite with private balcony, walk-in closets, and master bath as well as spectacular ocean views!
The home is completely furnished including a fully stocked kitchen for cooking and a spacious dining area. Between the 2 breakfast bars, and dining room, you will have no problem finding a spot to eat.
All linens and towels are provided (as well as beach towels) This home also features a big screen TV, Wi-Fi internet and 2 extra queen size air mattresses and a two car garage.

The kitchen at LaKaSa is recently remodeled and well stocked with kitchen gadgets, ready for absolutely anything you can throw at it! Whether you are cooking for a family of 4, or a feast for 40, you will be able to do it all in this spacious, and updated kitchen. All cookware in this kitchen is ready to create delicious, and gourmet dishes. Want to enjoy a cocktail while watching the waves? LaKaSa also has a wet bar with sink, and refrigerator!
LaKaSa is also a perfect home for entertaining a large group of people. LakaSa is 4 bedrooms, and can sleep 12 people comfortably!
The primary bedroom has a large king-sized bed for sprawling out and taking nice long naps. The room also has a breathtaking view of the ocean with easy accesses to the balcony just steps from the bed. The suit also offers a recently remolded bathroom, complete with 2 sinks, toilet, and walk in shower. The primary bedroom also has a fireplace for the occasional cold nights in Florida. You can turn on the TV, relax, and use the wood burning fireplace to keep you warm in your own room!
The other 3 spacious rooms offer queen-sized beds to make for maximum comfort. LaKaSa also sports a twin-sized day bed! If you have any little ones with you, LaKaSa also provides a crib, and highchair!

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.

"Five close friends rode motorcycles from Pennsylvania to New Smyrna Beach for Biketoberfest. The garage was a definite plus to keep the motorcycles free of the morning dew. The house was exactly what we were looking for and not disappointing. The deck facing the ocean was very relaxing in the evening to have a few beers and discuss the days ride. We did cook very little but found the kitchen well stocked with all pots,pans,and utensils needed. The only minor thing I could mention were lack of wash cloths. There were plenty of towels. The lighting in the garage was very limited. All in all I would be happy to recommend to anyone and stay there again."

"Perfect Family Getaway by the Beach - Our stay at this wonderful beach house was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted by a spacious, beautifully decorated interior that easily accommodated our family. The proximity to the beach was a dream – just a short, pleasant walk and we were digging our toes into the sand and enjoying the ocean breeze.
The convenience of having fantastic restaurants within a stone's throw made dining out a breeze, but the well-stocked kitchen also meant we could whip up our own meals with ease. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety of cooking supplies available, making meal prep a joy.
The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. It's rare to find hosts who genuinely care about their guests' experiences, and it added an extra layer of comfort to our vacation.
The highlight of the house was definitely the spacious deck facing the ocean. Whether it was sipping our morning coffee as the sun rose over the water or enjoying a family dinner while watching the sunset, the deck provided a breathtaking backdrop for unforgettable moments.

"So much fun! - This was the perfect place to stay for our two families. We had 8 people and 3 dogs. We could’ve fit three families. The kitchen is huge and has everything you need to cook. The location was really convenient. We were able to ride our bikes to all of the local spots to eat and shop. Beds were comfy, plenty of hot water for everyone, and they provided lots of beach towels and toys. The house has everything you would need for a beach trip."

"Fun Weekend Despite the Rain - Enjoyed this property for a reunion of close friends since high school. It was plenty big enough that everyone had their own room and bathroom but shared the common areas with laughter and good cheer. It was great cooking together in a kitchen that had everything we needed. In between rain showers, we took strolls on the beach right out the back door or sat on the deck watching the waves. Heather with the management company was very accommodating and returned emails very quickly. All in all a wonderful weekend in a great house at a great location."

"Balcony views are incredible. House had everything we needed! Terry is great. - I stayed here with my bridesmaids for my wedding week. The house is beautiful! Terry was there when we arrived, they had just gotten a delivery of BRAND NEW patio furniture. Terry was very nice and showed us around, the house is so big we might’ve gotten lost without him!
Lakasa House was stocked with everything we needed for all the things we wanted to do. Boogie board on the beach? Check. Cook a feast? Easy. We had great weather and took full advantage of the giant balconies and the beach, but we saw that they were stocked with enough games, books, and entertainment for more than a few rainy days.
The morning of my wedding, we were never in each others’ way. The 5 bathrooms made getting ready a breeze! And to have my coffee with that view the morning of, that was awesome.
Overall we would absolutely stay here again. Great Ocean Condos was wonderful to work with and the entire staff was helpful and nice.

"Family vacation - We had such a good time on our family vacation. We had plenty of space and incredible ocean views from the windows. I drank my coffee each morning on the deck facing the beach and it was a short walk to the water. The house has a well equipped kitchen, books and games. It’s a great place to get together. "Fantastic can’t wait to return! - We celebrated my sons 18th birthday and thoroughly enjoyed your home. The house was clean and well furnished. It was spacious so his friends could stay in the bonus room with direct access to the beach and my husband and I enjoyed watching them from the deck with cool oceans breezes. So many nearby restaurants made this a perfect location. The handyman showed up immediately to offer any assistance and left his cell phone number we never needed him. We will definitely return!"

"Porpoises ,soft sand beach, and soothing waves, - PROS: Very well appointed kitchen. No problem cooking and serving our crowd. Very large master bedroom on the second floor with a balcony and stunning view of the Atlantic shore. Very spacious walk-in shower in the master bathroom. Open concept living area that opens out to a spacious deck with a panoramic view of the ocean.
CONS: Hard to find and minor... Cushions would have been nice for all of the outdoor deck furniture."

"What a beautiful location and great spacious home. - What a wonderful place for all of us to gather. This was a college graduation celebration for my son and an opportunity for our family to be together for the first time in 35 years. My parents and my sister and her family along with my family all attended. Coming from Indiana, Michigan & Texas. There was plenty of room for all of us and the beach location was amazing. "New Smyrna Beach house! - We LOVED the beach house and being directly on the beach!!! The house itself was so roomy and big enough for 6 adults and 4 children. The kitchen we enjoyed how large it was as it was always a gathering place for everyone. The decks that over look the ocean was relaxing and views amazing! Everyone loved being on the beach during the day, swimming and boggy boarding, & in the evening the kids hunted crabs. The area of New Smyrna Beach was very easy to drive to from the Sanford airport and the area itself is so close to so many attractions!! We will rent this property again! "

"Pretty sweet - Clean and up to date house on the beach. This place has plenty of space for a large group, a huge kitchen with modern appliances, and great views of the beach. The down town is very accessible by car and may be walkable. The only issue that came up was the back sliding door off the middle floor was difficult to open from the outside."

"Phenomenal! - When entering the beach house, the ambiance was welcoming, vibrant, and relaxing. It was immaculate and incredibly well-maintained. It was wonderful to have the luxury of walking out onto the porch and watch the sunrise every morning and have a variety of amenities available that made our stay even more enjoyable. With 25 of us in the house, there was plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably and gather for nightly activities. "Look no further...you've found the right place. - This beach house has everything you need for that well deserved vacation. The large open layout makes hanging inside just as fun as outside. Large kitchen with island and dining area is great for being the central location in the house. Decor around the house is tastefully made to remind you of the beach atmosphere. The view of the ocean is great while sitting on the deck or top floor balcony, while the ground floor backyard is surrounded by shrubbery for privacy. It really feels like you're at your own place when you stay here and not like you're renting somewhere."

"PERFECT BEACH GETAWAY! - This house was AMAZING! Perfect location right on the beach. Plenty of things to do in this area, and awesome amenities to use at the house for kids and adults (i.e.- Bikes, Outdoor grill, beach games, floatation devices, boogie boards, etc.) I would also highly suggest renting a pontoon boat for a few hours, that was an amazing experience. We also rented scooters, and went out for a night on the town that started with dinner at "The Garlic" and then drinks at local bars on Flagler Avenue. This was the perfect beach getaway and my friends and I are already planning our summer getaway for 2015 at Lakasa! I HIGHLY suggest you check this place out. Whether you are coming to Smyrna for a family vacation or a weekend getaway with friends, this is a great option."

"The Best Beach House In New Smyrna!! - I was at this house for four days in 2014 with some friends and it was amazing! I can't say enough about this place! The house is in a perfect location right on the beach, the closest hotel is over a mile away, the beach is beautiful, the house itself is incredible and while you're there you feel safe, secure and totally relaxed. I woke up every morning feeling energized and refreshed. If you have the chance to come to this house you should take it! I had an Incredible time and I will definitely be going back!"

"Beautiful, beachfront oasis - We stayed here last April, and it was amazing. Clean, well maintained, and extremely spacious PLUS steps away from the beach. It's overall a beautiful and comfortable home. Not only is the beach location perfect, but it is also close enough to walk to the grocery if you feel so inclined. Several people in our group preferred walking to driving, but it's convenient for both. It's also a quick drive downtown. There are 2 decks, as well as a balcony off the master bedroom. It's so easy to immerse yourself in the beach air with all of the outdoor spaces, which was very nice. Definitely excited to revisit this summer!!"

"Paradise found! - Four of us (senior male golfers) rented the Lakasa for a week, hoping to pamper ourselves. Boy, did this house fit the bill. The location is fantastic, right on the beach with fabulous views. You can easily walk down the beach to the funky main street of New Symrna, and the neat shops and bars. The house itself was perfect, with a large and very well-equipped kitchen, a big living room with huge HD TV, 4 large bedrooms each with a large bed and private washroom, and wrap-around balcony with very nice patio furniture. Everything was superb, including the weather, and we plan on returning next year if we can. If only the golf could have been half as good as this place!"

"The BEST family fun place EVER!! - The listing is very specific and all pictures were true as shown. There was so much more to this property: the beach being so close and the amenities included...I took way too many condiments and other things! There were so many games and toys for the children---it was HEAVEN for them!! The only thing missing was a "kiddy pool" and that was an easy fix as stores were close by. We were greeted and introduced to the property by the sweetest man---I will always remember my 4 yr old granddaughter observing VERBALLY, "Why is that man naked (shirtless)??"...she's a Milwaukee native so not "exposed" to beach attire---it broke the ice and we explained the difference in living up NORTH and here in Florida! Every day was a great adventure--and the afternoon rain showers were just right for naptimes and recharging our batteries! That same grand=-daughter recently drew a picture for me (BeBe)--it was of the view from the ocean, looking at the house and the blue beach chairs...she still refers to it as "BeBe's beach house"!!! We will treasure the memories for years to come!!!"

"Great views. Great time on the ocean - No one can predict the weather & our week at Stella's Sandcastle was not the best weather-wise. However, on the cloudy & cooler days, we were saved by the great views of the beach, the crashing surf and benefitted from the hot tub! Never mind feeling cooped in in this great place! Needless to say, the sunny & warm days were the best with long walks, bike rides, volleyball,,, all on the beach, just steps away from the house!!! Owner Larry was great, always available if needed. This rental home was enjoyed by 3 generations. Something for all ages!! thanks so much for a memorable time!!"

"Perfect Vacation Home - My family, friends and I just spent a week at this beautiful home on the beach for our vacation at the beginning of October 2009. It was even better than we could have imagined. The home was gorgeous and fully stocked of everything we could have needed. There was room for my family of 4, my best friend and her family of 4, my mother in law and another friend...with room to spare! The view was spectacular. Larry, the owner, could not have been more helpful. He made sure we had everything we needed at all times. He even went above and beyond to make sure we had any item that could have made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend this lovely home to anyone wanting to have a luxurious beach vacation in a perfect little beach town. "What a wonderful beach house. - My family and I spent a truly wonderful week at Stella's Sandcastle. The house has just about everything you could ask for in a beach home. Even my brother, the chef, commented on how great a kitchen it has. We had lots of family members coming and going all week and the owners were very understanding. We all hope to be able to come again next year. I will suggest this house to anyone who needs a lot of room and loves being right there on the beach. Great views from the back deck."

"Great beach front home - We had a family Christmas here in 2008. The place is very good for a large group with plenty of room for everyone. The beach is excellent and quiet. The house is close to restaurants, shopping, etc. Great place as a base for exploring central Florida or just spending quiet time on the ocean. Larry, the owner, was excellent and he even provided us with a BBQ, eventhough I erroneously thought the place came with one. He was always available if we had any questions and he provided many great recommendations.
The kitchen was well stocked and suitable for a large group. The house was clean and has tons of storage space.
Stella's Sandcastle would be an ideal retreat for families or larger groups who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city or the cold northern weather. I would rent this place again in a heartbeat!!!
