The location is perfect as it is close proximity to the main grocery store, beach and numerous restaurants.

As you enter the front door you are greeted with a bright and airy living space which includes the living room, dining area and kitchen. The living room hosts a large sectional, two comfy chairs and large flat-screen TV. The nicely updated galley kitchen has granite countertops, sleek white cabinetry, black appliances and plenty of cookware and dishes to make a home-cooked meal. Adjacent to the kitchen is a small dinette table that comfortably seats four.

In the Primary bedroom you will find a queen-size bed, soft linens, large credenza with flat-screen TV and side dressers. The second bedroom has a full-size bed, long dresser and flat-screen TV. In the third bedroom you will find two twins, bright bedding, small flat-screen TV and tall dresser. All the bedrooms share a common bathroom which has been nicely updated. It includes a standard size bathtub, shower with glass enclosure, vanity and plenty of towels.
