This 3-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom mansion resides along New Smyrna Beach's driving shore. When you aren't taking in the view from the second-story balcony, you can do so from either the pool, inside living areas, or the private boardwalk that leads right to the sand. Vacation mode begins the moment you drive through the home's private gate. The long driveway is framed with tropical greenery and leads to the mansion you get to call your own. Guests are welcome to park up to 3 vehicles in the garage. You'll find this space also has a mini gym and a spiral staircase leading to the second level.

Before you venture upstairs, explore the main level that opens up from the garage. The foyer exudes grandeur with its baby grand piano, floor-to-ceiling windows, and staircase. Continue past the staircase, and you'll discover fun awaits in the nearby game room. This is the perfect space for late nights with family as the game room holds a pool table, a card table, a large Smart TV, and plenty of furniture for everyone to relax. Located just outside the game room is a wet bar with a full-size fridge and a half bathroom.

It won't be long after your arrival that you're in flip-flops and ready to enjoy the outdoor amenities! Step out to the backyard oasis composed of a brilliant blue pool, a spacious deck, and the ocean as the backdrop. Though the house is stunning, you'll find most of your days spent in the Florida sunshine by the pool and beach. The home's private boardwalk is just steps away. The boardwalk leads directly to NSB's shore and crashing waves.

In the evenings, you'll find your group gathered for happy hour on the home's second-floor deck. The deck is furnished with plenty of cushioned chairs, a dining set, and even a firepit with Adirondack chairs. No matter the seat you choose, every spot has a fantastic view of the pool below and the sea beyond. As you sip your 5 o'clock cocktail, someone in the group can start grilling out on either of the two gas grills provided.

When you're ready to come inside for the night, you'll can enter the home's main living area from the second-floor balcony. The kitchen is well-equipped for any meal you wish to make as it boasts a double oven, Keurig and drip coffee maker, crockpot, toaster, blender, smoker, and even a grocery elevator so that you don't have to carry them upstairs! Your family can either gather at the dining table for two in the kitchen or at the table for six in the dining room.

After dinner, you and yours can end the night with a movie in the chic living room. This space has a large Smart TV, fireplace, two couches, and two armchairs. In addition to its luxe appeal, the room has wrap-around windows that look onto the ocean horizon and the surrounding greenery. An additional living room is located nearby which also provides a fireplace, Smart TV, and leather sectional.

When you're ready to retire, say goodnight and head to the primary suite on the ground floor. This bedroom pampers with a king bed, ocean views, a Smart TV, a private balcony, and an extra-large closet for your luggage. Guests are truly pampered as the adjoining bathroom has a gorgeous double vanity, jetted bathtub, and large walk-in shower with multiple showerheads. The second and third bedrooms each sleep four as they both provide two queen beds. Bathrooms are located nearby one with a shower and the other with a jacuzzi-style bathtub and shower.
