"Oceanfront Condo - The place was great and well-accommodated. We had issues that were unresolved. The elevator was broken and did not work the entire stay. We were not informed of the issue and the property manager seemed unconcerned. We were visiting my elderly parents and this made it a challenge for them to come to visit (they live in town). Also, parking is an issue - we had three adult couples, so one spot is not enough."

"The condo was amazing, but the location isn’t ideal in the month of November. Limited sunshine, warmth and/or beach. It was high tide, windy and no heated pool, it was as cold as my ice water.
We left early to head to the west coast but wished we could’ve taken the condo with us; it exceeded our expectations!!!!"

"We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was in a perfect location! It had panoramic oceanfront views and was walkable to a few beach restaurants and we even saw a rocket launch! It is also within the 5 mile radius to use Joyride, the free golf cart transportation service. The condo was clean, spacious, bright and updated. The beds were comfortable, however, there is not a beach view from any of them. It is important to note that the unit is managed by a company and you are not in direct contact with the owner, so it just felt less personal than other Airbnbs we have stayed. The company was polite and quick to respond but only durning normal business hours. Check in instructions were lengthy but very helpful. There are multiple keys for different doors though out the property which just took some getting used to. Overall, I would, without a doubt, stay here again and recommend it to my friends and family"

"Awesome vacation rental! - This condo is amazing! There is tons of space for families to spread out and not be on top of one another. Our tween son had his own wing where he could escape the perceived annoyances of his little sister. The living area and kitchen were well decorated and comfortable for a family of four, but there is really room for six people to be comfortable.
The condo sits right on the beach and is in a super quiet area of New Smyrna.
My family will definitely be back next summer."

"My four sisters and I really enjoyed this condo. The pictures are accurate, it is spacious and clean, with wonderful views of the ocean and pool. The only problem we had was the lock box with the key, it was a little hard to operate. But everything else was wonderful. Thank you!"

"Awesome condo with great privacy for each guest! - We loved the three separate bathrooms and the layout of bedrooms which gave us all privacy! The view couldn’t be better from the living space. Furniture was all comfortable and sufficient for group of 4. Kitchen was very well appointed - had all we needed! Beach and pool access was easy! Pool is a little underwhelming - way smaller in person and there wasn’t much to walk to in terms of restaurants or activities. Beautiful quiet area of the beach though! We will be back!"

"Great location, definitely recommend - We had a great stay at this property! Easy access to the pool and beach and nearby restaurants. Pros: easy arrival/departure process, management company responded to any requests quickly, location was perfect, awesome beach views and easy access to the beach, updated decor, not many units in the building which was nice (lots of privacy). The only con was cleanliness. Most everything was decently clean except the floors. We were there about 5 minutes barefoot and after looking at the bottom of our feet, we decided to mop the entire place and that was definitely needed. We stay in a lot of VRBO’s and always like to plan ahead on what’s needed before arriving so here’s some details that may help you with this. We were given 2 rolls of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, 3 trash bags, dishwasher pods (a bag) and soap in each bathroom. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything you’d need. They also have a regular coffee maker (not just a keurig) and there are some spices (salt, pepper) in the cabinet. I didn’t see a wine opener (we brought ours but just a FYI for any others). We had two cars and while parking was limited for the second spot, we never had an issue with it and we were there over a holiday weekend. We’d definitely stay at this unit again and recommend it to others!"

"Amazing stay. The place is very spacious and felt like a home away from home. The balcony overlooks the beach and where I spent a lot of my time. It is very easy trip to the beach and you are minutes away by car to a lot of food options. The rooms were very comfortable as well.

"Nice location ... great 3 bedroom 3 bath ! - Great condo for 6 adults ...we enjoyed our stay and loved the location (not many people on the beach) . Well stocked with everything you would need ! ....... It was clean and neat looking but could use a deep cleaning (tile floor made socks/ bare feet extremely dirty and baseboards haven’t been dusted in months making it seem dirtier than it actually was ) also Towels were dated .... Would stay there again for sure !!!"

"Beautiful Property - Property is located close to the places I needed. Parking for 2 vehicles easy with the exception of the weekends. Building is located next to a walking public access and parking was tricky during the beach times, otherwise it was fine. Unit 302 has a great view of the Ocean. Looks like they have been working hard to make the necessary improvements outside in the pool area and will look marvelous when complete. We had no issues with the workers. It is the time of year to get things done. Condo was well stocked with everything needed to cook (if one does that on vacation). We appreciate the opportunity to enjoy this property and will definitely consider if available on our next visit."

"Beautiful ocean views - We had a wonderful time staying at The Wave Unit 302! The condo was very clean, and the views of the beach from the living and kitchen area were beautiful! The white, sandy beach was only steps away and not crowded, due to the fact this is a small complex. The pool area was great! It was also a plus, only being minutes away from Publix and great restaurants. We will definitely be back!"

The front entrance was dark and there was a smell/

"Spectacular Oceanfront with all the upgrades! - Our family of 5 stayed here for Thanksgiving break and we didn't want to leave. The location of this unit is perfect. It overlooks the pool and still has wonderful oceanfront views. With having small children, we particularly liked the security of the unit, with the locked garage and locked entry doors, pool, etc. The unit itself was clean, comfortable beds, high-end finishes and great floorplan for children with different sleep schedules. We only had one issue - the cable wasn't active, but we called the rental agency and the owner had it on within 5 minutes!!! Great customer service! Loved this condo. Hope to return again!"
